These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Balloon Pop Quest (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use any cheat, exploit, automation tool, bot, hack, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the App or gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Virtual items (coins and skins)

The App includes virtual coins and cosmetic balloon skins. In this version of the App:

• Coins are earned only through gameplay (completing levels, high scores, daily challenges, and optional rewarded ads) — they cannot be purchased with real money.
• Skins are cosmetic only and have no effect on gameplay, scoring, or difficulty.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold, and exist only within the App on your device.
• We may add, remove, rebalance, or reset virtual items at any time without liability to you.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Use of the App constitutes acceptance of ads being shown as described in our Privacy Policy. Optional rewarded ads are never required to complete or progress through the App's core content.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, artwork, sound effects, music, code, and design, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Termination

We may discontinue, suspend, or modify the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party; you may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
