Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to information when you use Balloon Pop Quest (the “App”), a mobile game developed and published by an independent developer (“we”, “us”, “the developer”). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to the practices described below.

The short version

• The App has no account system and no login — we never see your name, email, or any identity information.
• All game progress (levels, coins, scores, and settings) is stored only on your device. We never receive it.
• No analytics or tracking SDK is bundled in the App.
• The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which independently collects device identifiers to serve and measure those ads. Details and opt-out instructions are below.

Information we do not collect

Balloon Pop Quest does not require or offer account creation, sign-in, or a user profile of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information through the App itself.

Your progress — unlocked levels, best scores, star ratings, coins, selected balloon skin, and settings — is saved locally on your device using standard on-device storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any server we control. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data, permanently deletes this information, since no copy exists anywhere else.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android / IDFA on iOS), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device type, and app usage data, in order to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising. This collection is carried out by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's own policies:

You can limit or opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (or Delete advertising ID, on devices that support it).

Children's privacy

Balloon Pop Quest is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App's audience settings are configured for a child-directed or mixed audience, advertising requests are marked accordingly so that only non-personalized, Google Play Families Policy-compliant ads may be shown to that audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

Data security

Because we do not operate a backend or account system for this App, we do not hold a copy of your gameplay data on any server. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating system and security settings.

Your choices

• You can play the entire game offline; ads simply do not load without a network connection.
• You can disable sound, music, and vibration independently from the in-app Settings screen.
• You can reset all local progress by uninstalling the App.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising using the device settings listed above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
